How We Started
About Celly
Celly was born out of firsthand experience building IBI (International Business Initiation) — a global career training program launched at Yonsei University. Through its SIM (Startup x IBI Matching) model, IBI empowered students to engage in hands-on trial projects designed to build career-ready skills guided by industry professionals and fast-growing startups.
By early 2024, it became clear that early-stage companies were eager to connect with global student talent by offering trial projects prior to hiring for student learning. Simultaneously, ambitious students were actively seeking ways to prove their skills beyond traditional internships.
So we launched Celly — a platform that helps startups showcase their brand and scout talent by designing micro-challenges. Join our free pilot to engage with 50 global students through 1–2 low-effort projects!
